Opened in 2006, the crematorium offers a quiet and rural setting for the people of West Berkshire.
Set in 10 acres of countryside, the building has been especially designed to blend into its natural surroundings. Landscaped with over 250 trees and built in Newbury red brick it closely resembles the appearance of a country house.
With the largest purpose built crematorium chapel in the county we are able to seat 96 people with standing space for a further 50. Speakers are also located outside the chapel allowing larger parties to be catered for.
We feel that it is essential that you are able to hold the funeral of your choice and our chapel can be altered, with prior arrangement, to create a suitable environment for a service of any religion or belief.
