Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Service Friday 8th December, 7 - 8pm

• Leave a personal message on our Christmas tree using one of our tags
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• Light refreshments will be provided
• We will be taking donations for Dementia UK
